Our mission is to provide affordable housing solutions for general needs and homeless individuals, as well as to offer support services to help them reintegrate back into society.
We recognise the severity of the homeless crisis and the need for affordable housing solutions. That is why we work tirelessly to provide accommodation that is safe, secure, and affordable to individuals who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness.
At Housing 35 Plus Limited, we understand that homelessness is a complex issue and requires a range of solutions to help individuals transition back into mainstream society. That’s why we provide supported accommodation to help vulnerable individuals gain a new lease on life.
What we do
Within our general needs housing, we ensure properties are affordable, safe for our members and we aim to keep our properties at the highest possible standards. We offer studios, shared houses and cluster flats.
The current climate is very challenging and daily pressures are at the highest in recent times. We aim to alleviate some of that pressure by offering the most competitive rates and all bills inclusive rates to remove some burden from our members lives.
Our supported accommodation services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents to acquire key skills and knowledge to help them reintegrate back into society.
We provide access to various support services such as counselling, benefit & employment assistance, and life skills training to name a few, to help individuals become self-sufficient.
We believe that everyone deserves a chance to rebuild their lives, no matter their past experiences. Our approach is centered around empowering individuals to take control of their lives and build a brighter future for themselves.
